I am sadden reading the passing of Sgt. Clark . As Engineering Officer of the 670th Bomb Squadran I became aquainted with him and visited with him often as I made my rounds on the line before mission takeoffs. I found him as a true and kind ddicated persona , an example of the greatest generation. My prayers and synpathy to the family.

An angel came and took your hand, your task on this earth is done; raising a family, serving in the military including war time to save our county, and lived a fruitful life for your community. I gently turn the pages of my album of memories of 30 years where we shared many life experiences, such as playing golf, fishing, dancing and our scenic driving trips across the states. Also, the many happy times at functions with relatives, your military friends and joining my family on special occasions. These pleasant memories will remain with me forever. I miss you Noel with love. Helen Peppler My deepest sympathies to Mary, Charlie, Pat, Annette and their families and friends.

I did not know Noel but I do know the story of his service to America while he was with the 416th Bomb Group in World War II. He served America proudly and with honor as all the men in the 416th Bomb Group did. God Bless and I am sorry for your loss. Dr. Larry Smith
