Today was the service for Dale. We were very touched by the special tribute to Dale at this military service with the 21 gun salute and all. Also the message to all of us by Dan. It has been our pleasure to be able to give tribute to him and to reconnect with his children and grandchildren. It has been way to long and we pray that this connection continues through the years. As we share pictures of our families, etc. it brings us closer and closer to each other. Thank you Lord for this day to give honor and respect to Dale, Gary and Margaret

Words at this time seem to be too late, but they do express what is in our hearts. We may not always act upon them. I think I should have called more often, visited more often. I regret not having told my brother, "I love you". But these regrets that assail me at this moment are not inspired by God as a burden of guilt for me to labor under. So I say, "begone Satan with your deceptions." I can choose to focus on the good memories that I have about Dale. I remember he and I pretending to be sick so that we could play games together or build elaborate card castles and then shoot them down with the mable canons dad built for us. What Fun! We would play all day. So may these words, in some way, bring comfort to Dale's clan - to my nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. When we all get to heaven we will be able to share beyond what words can express. In Christ's love and the love of my clan, Love, Gary Osborn (Dale's brother)

Greg & Deborah Osborn

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of unexpected loss. Deb and I were just remembering a special visit we made many years ago when our kids were young. Dale took a special interest in competing with our kids to see who could throw their paper airplane the farthest off the balcony. He must have been a kid at heart. Even though we did not have many opportunities to visit, it was always a very special treat. He will be missed. Love Greg, Deborah, Taylor, Connor, Nathan and Rosie (Gary's youngest son) Gilbert, Arizona.
