Ivalee Rose Pletcher passed away on July 7, 2010 of natural causes. She was 87 years young. Ivalee was born August 25, 1922. She was the youngest in a family of eight. She was raised in Norton KS and graduated for Norton High in 1940. She moved to Denver thereafter to attend nursing school.

She loved ballroom dancing and met George Pletcher at a dance contest. They both had a passion for dance and eventually got married on October 10 , 1949. She worked at Lowry A&B doing admininistrative work until her first child was born in 1954. Ivalee and George had two children, Michael and Mitchell, who were the focus of their lives.

Ivalee became a born again Christian on November 22, 1959 and found her passion in life - serving the Lord, She worked at the church, worshipped at the church, and partied at the church. Ivalee was a sweet, loving, and simple person who found happiness easily. She lived by a system of values and virtues taught to her by her parents. Her legacy carries on through her children and grandchildren and people she touched throughout her life.

She is survived by two sons, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
